If we have to cancel your scheduled rental due to weather & or river conditions, we will give you a full refund, gift card or the opportunity to reschedule at no cost. We sincerely appreciate your understanding.

Please note that once you have booked a rental appointment with us, it means that we have reserved time in our schedule exclusively for you

If You need to cancel:

14 days or more before rental date: Full refund.

7-13 days before rental date: 50% refund.

Less than 7 days before rental date or no-show: No refund

Before each rental, a liability waiver form needs to be signed by each participant. This is a requirement for every individual participating in our boat adventures. To save time on-site, we encourage you to download and print the waiver form here. Feel free to fill it out ahead of time to expedite the rental process.
